MSW season is just around the corner!! We are all thinking of how we might get the most votes and dreaming of wearing that MSW crown. But September seems so far away!! ... Or Maybe not... MSW is a fairly large competition with over 400 million members entered every season. Thousands of girls work hard and compete for the chance to become a finalist. But don't let that discourage you! Below I have listed some ways to raise your chances of winning, and the best time to start is now!
Getting your doll ready:
There are so many pretty dollies out there, so how do we compete? Perhaps you have a favorite royalty member you want to look like, or maybe a favorite celebrity. The important part is to remember to be original and yourself. Try a makeover, maybe a different brow shape, or a new contour mask. Try that lipstick you got a while back or maybe even a new hair color.
Getting your wardrobe ready:
Over the years we tend to collect more than a few garments in our wardrobes. So before this MSW season begins how about putting together a few fabulous outfits. Use that new Favorite feature in our wardrobes to make your favorite items easy to grab and style. Take advantage of any Starplaza sales or Starbazaar finds or try trading a few old pieces that don't get much use.
Getting your suite ready:
Time to put to use all those past MSW promotional items and posters to good use! Maybe design a stylish room to incorporate them into and maybe put your trophies and achievements on display! But make sure to leave room as there is a chance we will get more items this season. Taking the time to style each room you have bought or unlocked will make your doll seem well put together and give people the chance to see your own personal style!
Getting your presentation ready:
Having a friendly well put together presentation goes a long way. Take some fabulous pictures to incorporate. Add a refreshing welcome and introduce yourself a little. Read other presentations to get an idea of how to put your own together.
Making friends:
Get yourself out there! Try and make friends with popular stylists and designers. Start by sending a cheerful friend request and then a few daily guestbook comments with a 5 star vote. Extending your friendship and kindness to newer users with a small gift and friendly guestbook message can go a long way as well. Visit party rooms or host your own parties regularly to get your name out there. Don't be afraid to ask for votes. But remember to be friendly and kind to others members.
In the end the user with the most votes will win and though our chances of winning are very slim, that doesn't mean we can't have fun this season. And who knows, You may win National Cover Girl! But weather you are a Superstar, Royalty, or just a regular member I encourage you to participate in MSW this September. Even if just to vote for your friends or the leading dolls in your country.
